1/2 done with french!!!!!!!

Hallelujah! More exclamation points!!!!!!!. Anyhoo I still need to read Manon des source, a book about a girl and some water supplies and a cave were the girl bathes in the nude. There's also supposed to be a long lost child in there somewhere, is it just me or is artsy pre WWII French writing basically soap opera? The problem is, it's like those soap operas that are on the Spanish language channel wear you look the pictures and fill in the language. This really isn't working out for me but hey, I get a red Ferrari for my birthday right? S'all good.
